yes it is 540am but i slept early

NO tea yesterday - had the single large cup that i drink throughout the day -

no refills - no nuthin'

ate TJ pumpkin filled ravioli w/my homegrown frozen tomato sauce for dinner

i have lots frozen in quart bags so it lays flat

when i visited TJ last week bought a few pumpkin items

i'm not a huge crazed pumpkin fan but i do like their squash mac n cheese

i figure healthier than reg mac n cheese, right?

perhaps i should read the label on the back? no..... i bought 2 then went back and grabbed a 3rd --- it was newly displayed bc everything was in abundance

on checkout line - saw Pumpkin Spice Kettle Corn - it was good but did NOT need all the sugary corn -a fan of kettle corn - a pain that kernals get stuck in teeth

oooh... a friend loved the maple flavor cream cookies - bought a box but did not try

sorry - i digress

i slept around 9 - sleeep - yay!

@Yahooey : Good Morning: DH woke up around 4 and couldn't sleep and went to his computer room. That woke me up and started my bathroom trips. Decided to get dressed. So around 2 p.m. will need a nap but will try to fight it. Don't like falling asleep early and the wake up while still dark. Need to break this cycle.

To take your mind of of hurricanes,

waking up early,

too much caffineen,

in/laws/over staying too long,

etc,.

After coming home from a early walk with neighbor last night,i had a message on my landline answering machine from my son Curt..

saying he hadn't talked to me in a few days and.... would I call him back when i had time?

I did and he told me he had been back from his check-up earlier with his dr. and was feeling good but restless...

so...

Dr. told "him" that even tho his cells were still a bit high ....

he could go back to his part time job for" 4 hours a day"...and to see him him again in a month!

So, Curt will go back to work in October....in a few days from now!!!

Yippie!!!!!

oh. yesterday..it was my friends dh..that asked her if she wanted a hot fudge sundae from DQ as we were leaving resturant??...she told him no! lol and i also said no! lol
