Good morning Preds & Friends

12-12-2020 10:34 AM
Good morning friends of Preds, happy Sleep Slightly Sleet-y Saturday my friends . . .
I had some end of year paperwork I needed to finish up yesterday and I told myself I was not allowed to leave the house until it was finished (which I finally did) and was rewarded with an adorable little bone in beef roast for Christmas so I am beyond a happy camper right now (in spite of the fact it's dark and sleet-y). The funny part was I was going there for a bone in pork roast but was almost run over by one of those Rascal riding customers who luckily backed me up to the exact spot of where the smaller roasts were located so I'm calling it a win and most thankful I still have all my toes intact . . . hee!
Hope you all are doing well and staying safe . . .

@Bri369 oh gosh my friend depending on how things go today I think it may not be a bad idea if you put in a call to your doctor as things can go south very quickly and it's best to stay as far in front of this as you can. Sending healing prayers your way my friend . . . ![]()

@cowboy sam oh gosh now you have me intrigued! Aldi has one of those weighted blankets either this week or next and I have been toying with the idea of getting one as I do love me a pile on of blankets. Did you noticed an enhanced sleep last night and (if this is possible to determine) did it add to the warmth as right now that would be fine with me but in the summer that thing would be launched into the sun via a cannon . . . ![]()
Thank you for any insight you can provide my friend! ![]()

Hi Preds and Friends!
Thank you all for your concern and love. I talked to the nurse, and she said unless I was having trouble breathing or intense pain, that this is all to be expected with Covid. She urged me to just rest and keep drinking fluids. I admit I probably have been doing too much, so I'm just going to rest as much as possible.

Might go shopping today or Sunday with friend and her adult daughter...but it's raining !
What are your plans?
lubd ya!
Have you thought of running your new pillow through a cycle in your clothes dryer? If you have one - I know you like to hang things outside.
When I get new pillows, I run them through a long cycle on high, ‘cause, well, I don’t know exactly why, but just to be sure. Might help with smell.
