stupid me - on my purchase confirmation order - there was a phone number 

for need help with your order - I guess NEW purchases deserve attention

a live person answered - LIVE - A LIVE PERSON

there was a lot of noise in the bkgd - like she was with others answering phones

anyway - we spoke - she found my order - and she told me to email pics to

(*&(*^^$%#$# and I will receive directions on how to return

WAIT A COTTON PICKING MINUTE - 

good thing I already emailed pics from my personal email since you couldn't do that with regular - contact us form

I told her the date - which was 10/8 containing pics and a video

she found the email - put me on hold again and reviewed the contents

I asked if anyone looks at these emails since I've been contacting them since 9/30

she says they do - but are backlogged

yeah, if you don't reply - people will keet sending you the same question via email

I sent 3 myself

she made the shipping label and it will be sent to me

after receipt of said pot - it may take 8-12 weeks to get a new one

that is still a bummer but she says - they are backed up

I got 2 emails from UPS stating a return label is gonna be sent to me

or I can print it out and use that

I will wait a few days for the mail - then print out if necessary

WHEW!!!

I'm so sorry for bombardig all you lovelies bc of my drama

I used to say on another thread, " ALL FOR ONE AND ONE FOR ALL "!  We're all here for one another, always!! No matter what the issue, personal, medical, physical, etc.. Whatever one needs and whatever we can do for one another, we'll do!
