the company store is locsted in Pleasantville NY - HA pleasantville

this pot was supposed to be joyous and I'm made to feel that I bought this off the back of the truck or in the close out bin of a dollar store

it is a very small chip (size of a dime) on the top of the handle 

probably still cooks fine but I want it perfect - until I mess it up (hopefully never)

I have never encounter anything like this - ever

even when calling govt agencies -

It's extremely annoying to have to deal with the Staub situation. That's what's going on in the world now. It's hard to get situations resolved. Some businesses are handling the situation well and some aren't.  They aren't!!  @dooBdoo was correct, ZWILLING J.A. HENCKELS LLC. , 270 Marble Avenue, Pleasantville, NY 10570 , 914-747-0300 does own Staub but Staub is still Independent as far as I have read. I would e mail and call and morse code if you must to get someone's assistance in this matter at Zwilling.

I tried finding the name of the President and CEO of Staub (looks like family owned) but no contact number. I usually first call ( now that doesn't help), then if I don't get anywhere I email and then follow up with a hard copy to the President.I also contact the public relations person. I have always received an answer and a resolution. With this company, it's not easy to find or do. Or should I say, so far for you impossible. 😱

If there's anything I can look up or call for you, please let me know.

The world is in an upside down place right now. Hopefully, it will be reversed and back to normal, sooner rather than later!😘
