Show Me believe me if I lived were you do I would be afraid to go out by myself also. Right now I am walking worse then I ever have I went to the doctor on Wednesday thank god my sister went with me. I was walking terrible I my self know I could have been knocked over, and my purse grabbed in a second. any one who was out to cause trouble would have picked me that day, they could see how I was walking. But in your town I would be really terrified as to what is going to happen to me. Even with my cane just what good is that thing going to do to help me? My heart goes out to that young boy in the picture and bless the officer who gave him a hug.

I wish people of color wouldn't fear cops and white people, and I wish cops and white people wouldn't fear people of color. If a discussion is going to take a place, it has to be an open one with both sides listening and willing to change and they must be coming from a place of peace and calm. You can't bully someone into seeing your POV and even though it's our right to protest on black Friday, it's not going to help race relations.
