WiFi down around us. I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving we tried something new we heard about from various chefs, NO basting the turkey, it dries it out. It was the best turkey ever! Very moist meat but crisp skin. We put a little butter under the skin with fresh sage and rosemary.

Hope everyone is able to rest today or at least shop online LOL.

Hey Noel! I've been thinking about you lately and missing you.

The butter and sage and rosemary sounds awesome! I love rosemary with poultry (and beef, and potatoes, etc, I just love rosemary) and I always get some fresh rosemary to put inside the turkey, along with some other aromatics.

Glad you had a wonderful meal and are ok.
