School ....
Parents - don't come into a conference 3 months into school and have no idea how your child is doing when their work has been sent home every Friday for 3 months.
Parents - check your child's folder for homework and make sure it gets done. Also read the notes that are sent home. Then you won't have to email or text me 2 minutes before the day starts to find out when the field trip is.
Parents - spend time with your children, laugh with them, read with them, play with them, listen to them, discipline them and hug them. I shouldn't be the only bright light in your child's day.

For men:
No hats at the dinner table and for God's sake wear a shirt with sleeves at the table. I do not want to look,at your hairy armpits when you reach for the salt. DH and I once went on a cruise on one of the not so upscale cruise lines and sat at a table for 8 at dinner. Even though there are rules for dress in the dining room clearly posted one of the people at our table wore a baseball cap backwards and a wife beater t shirt at the table. It was not a pleasant experience and we changed tables the next day.

Don't be late, I hate it when people just breeze in whenever it suits them . And don't interrupt when someone is speaking, you will get your turn.

I really get annoyed with people who talk so much that they won't let you have your turn! It is hard for me to understand that they don't notice that about themselves! We were with a person like that last night at a church dinner! I am sure his food was very cold when he finally ate it!!![]()

Non-stop talking really bothers me too. Some people just can't stand silence and feel like they need to fill it up with their continuous chattering.

In polite conversation, allow other people to finish. I was taught it was rude to interrupt someone in the middle of their thought. I wish we all would be better listeners.

Encountered these two today:
Grocery store etiquette: Don't leave your cart in the middle of the aisle while you stand and read the ingredient contents of a product, leaving no room on either side to get by
Any store registers. Don't carry on a loud and long conversation (and this goes for the cashier and the person being rung up in line) esp when there is a long line of people waiting to be checked out.

Men --- no one wants to see you spit. Go to the bathroom and do it. I dated a guy once who spit on the parking lot the second we got out of the car to go in to eat. I was like................................................*stunned, ew face*................................................................

Another internet one (mostly a facebook thing)
Don't post every stupid story, picture, cartoon or meme that you come across.
Also -- Jesus doesn't bless people because they shared your post on Facebook.
