@resort gal  are you asking about the stimulus check for $600 that was passed in December 2020?  If so, a lot of people have already received theirs and some are still waiting.

The second one did pass.  People have been receiving it since December.  I got mine last week.

Don't get excited folks if your getting something from the SS today it's not what you think it is. Just a statement on what you've received from SS benefits for the yr. to turn in for taxes.

If you didn't get it yet (and checked to see if they sent it to you) file a 1040 Line 30  on your next income tax (by April 15, 2021.  Eventually you will get it.

according to my email.....usps informed delivery......i see a photo of my daughters check (in a us dept of treasury envelope) that should arrive today.....hopefully.

they can send us the amount of SS benefits have no trouble with that do they ?  I got friends that got theirs direct deposited week after they went out .
