Hosts please show or discuss the amount of arch support is in any shoe that is being described. I never heard anything about the TSV this morn. For me to buy that shoe and have to return it because this info was not discussed is sad. The most imporetant part of the shoe is the arch support. thank you.

@dmeasy Good idea. However, in my experience, if the brand or host does not specifically mention arch support, you're on your own. Place your own separate arch support inside; the TSV description states it has a removeable insole. For me, the TV presentation is only part of how I make my decision. You have to research them further if you are looking for specific details.
They are in the business of maximum sales. Therefore they usually do not say things like, "there's no arch support in these."
The online description also states: "The Beaya's midsole features the brand's DynaSoft energy-return cushioning. In other words, it's got lots of that bounce-back feel so many of us search for in an everyday sneak. And underneath all that? A lightweight EVA and rubber-pod outsole provides the multi-surface support and grip that's classic New Balance."
But cushion is not the same as saying arch support.

It has been my experience that if the omit talking about arch support there is none.

Shoes either have arch support or memory foam. If they mentioned any kind of cushioning or foam or anything like that...no arch support. Memory foam is a great deal cheaper then arch support. Just look at Sketchers. Arch support shoes are $80.00 plus and are never, never on sale. Almost all memory foam shoes are. They are also half the price of shoes with arch support. Memory is fine if you don't need a support. It's a reasonably cheaper version of shoe support. Memory foam supports your head while you sleep. In might as well do the same while you walk.

I can see these getting dirty in about 2 days.

@dmeasy Maybe this should post to Suggestion Box, but I'm not sure it'll even be read there.

Vionic is the only Q brand I know that mentions arch support.

@Shanus If they say a shoe does not have arch support, it won't sell. But if you say you float like a cloud in this shoe, it will.

@songbird Several years ago, I had arch supports made by my orthopedic doc that fit in my running shoes, gym shows, etc. They're called orthodics. I gave away all my Sam Edelmans and all flats that had no support in the arch and no room for those custom inserts.
There are also stores called GOOD FEET that will make them to fit your feet exactly...never any arch pain again.

@songbird So correct about $80 and up. Clark's used to have great arch support. All my sandals are Clark's from Q or Amazon. Unfortunately, the cost must have been too high and any recent Clark's shoes have been a disappointment.
