I just found out recently that I have vocal  cord dysfunction where my vocal cords stay closed at times and that causes me to get hoarse and cough when  talking a lot. Apparently it's often misdiagnosed as allergies, asthma, smoker's cough, etc.

What @makena ?  Because that's what I think of when I see his picture on his emails that I subscribe to when I buy from his website.
