This is such an easy problem to solve. Just don't reply or even open those "messages" about your account. I've had Paypal since day one and no problems at all. I just ignore any of those"fishy" notices.

I received one today, as well.  Something seemed fishy, so I didn't open it. I will forward it on to Pay Pal.
