I interviewed individuals throughout my career, from entry level to Executive VP at a Fortune 500 Company.

 

By and large, guess who didn't get the job...

-applicants that brought parents, kids or friends to interviews

-applicants who were late

-applicants who wore dirty clothes, casual was fine, dirty was not

-applicants who used profanity during the interview

-full face tattoos and/or profane tattoos
