PROBLEMS WITH APPLE COMPUTER SHIPPING?

Has anyone had an issue with ordering a apple computer off QVC and not receving it? The order still says processing, and its suppose to be deliverd tomorrow. But im starting to feel like its not. Customer service cant do anything. Im half tempted just to cancel my order.

First thing you should need to do is just to cancel the order from QVC. They do charge a lot to purchase an Apple product from this chanel.

Since you're only half tempted, I'd sit on one hand until tomorrow and see if anything happens.  I haven't seen it with a computer, but I've received items at my front door with the tracking info all wrong!

I'd wait a day or two.  I bet if you tried to cancel it, the system won't let you.

As far as I know, computers bought through QVC are shipped to the customer directly from the manufacturer. That's why QVC Customer Service can't do much. Computers can take longer to process and ship because of this and there can be tracking issues.

 

I would say give it at LEAST until tomorrow before panicking at all and then I'd give it another week. QVC is a totally legit site and if you're worried about the money, they'll make good on it if nothing shows up. But I'd give it another week before calling again and asking for your money back.

 

If you needed the computer urgently, if you need ANYTHING urgently, QVC is not the place to go.

How right you are.  I learned my lesson to not order a big name item like that unless you really want it.  It's up to the manufacturer whether you're allowed to cancel or not.  Been there done that and won't do it again.
