Normal people? That's so rude but of course typical for these forums. I find it completely normal to believe in science and so do many scientists.

No higher power controls the weather. Keep ignoring what's happening to the planet, that will go well

Don't give it a second thought @Grerneyedlady21. Lots of seemingly normal folks are super ignorant.
There's also Team Normal, smart, educated, curious, traveled, readers who understand science and that nobody's skydaddy is going to save what humans have ruined. It's good to be on team normal!

 People who think differently aren't normal? Define "normal." If someone has a different view, they're ignorant? 

Some people believe that a higher power controls the weather, some people don't. Neither can be proven right or wrong, so maybe certain people should stop being so intolerant and accept that others have different opinions.

@teganslaw My expressed opinion about climate change was characterized as abnormal so I responded to that. That comment that I responded to was intolerant and rude. 

I happen to believe in a higher power and in science. I believe that my higher power would endorse science too.

Denial is ignorant. Science can be proven. Omnipotent superheroes are not real, they do not exist except in someone's mind.

Anybody can believe what they want. But when primitive beliefs start impacting the rest of us, the line needs to be drawn.
