If everyone would be honest, many do not trust what would replace her.

Happy that her health has improved, but those justices should have term limits, and nobody of her age should be making decisions for our country—I know because I’m nearly her age. You’re an amazing woman Ruth, but time to call it a day.

Justice Scalia was making those decisions at 79 and he was in poor health. So he should have retired too. All the SC justices in poor health over a certain age should have retired too? Or is it just selective?

she is a smart older lawyer so why does she need her shoes filled?.....

at what age should they be forced to give up their seats?

Ronald Reagan should have resigned too? There have been rumors too that he could have possibly been suffering from dementia too while he was still President. Making decisions for the country.

How could a smart young lawyer possibly fill a Supreme Court Justice's shoes?

Quite easily, do you not think there are smart young people in the world? Or do you think that only elderly people can handle high level postions? I

isnt that espousing AGE DISCRIMINATION though when you say she should be replaced with someone younger? how come you are not calling for justice breyer to be removed? why not remove the longest standing justice clarence thomas?

Because they are both doing a great job and a great service to our country. Your post is ridiculous and makes no sense.

Re: Notorious RBG is back to work !

actually @RetRN  it makes perfect sense.

you are suggesting that ginsberg needs to be replaced, because of her age, with someone younger, but the 80 year old justice bryer is doing such a great job and great service to our country that he doesnt need to be replaced in the same way that you suggested for ginsberg?
