I'm not deleting any new accounts because I have no idea what Not Shutting Down NOW means. As I recall, when Louis del 'Olio was told not to return years ago, many of us rallied to save Linea. QVC gave in...sort of. The line was cheapened drastically. There were no more natural fibers, no more creative detailing, just polyester knits with an occasional soupçon of rayon. Louis made the best of it, but the changes left us fans wanting more quality.

Now Louis is gone. It was inevitable. Whatever the business model du jour is, fallout ensues. QVC has immense competition on the internet now. Retrenchment is no surprise. It's just sad...the end of an era.

It's easy. Go into your "profile" Then "edit profile" Then "privacy" .scroll down and delete.

@carmie - do you think we should wait before we delete our 'profile' in Proboards until we know for sure, I would hate to have to re-do all the information again, I'm just asking what you and others would do. Thx!

Oh, I'm so grateful. I have been already beginning to miss my Community and Fashion 'friends' here.

Such great news! And, as a 'Thank You', I plan to order even more Lunchtime Specials and new and other fashion items.

I am feeling happy now.

No need to go to the 'other' one, which just isn't the 'same', but I had planned to occasionally use it because there wouldn't have been anything else.

if this is true I am absolutely beyond thrilled. !!!!!!! I guess our petition worked and the Q listened . So glad someone started it ! I would have had to in the end joint the pro boards but was leary for many reasons , plus I dont like change and felt comfortable here. Been here since the beginning. I think it's great that those who took on the new forum were willing to do all that work and I do hope those that decided to join there will visit here as well . We would miss all of you if you didn't ! I'm staying right here though , but no Facebook for me !
