She didn't pay her taxes either, her manager tried to tell her to make a will. Same thing with Prince too. This will be years in probate. Whitney Houston left her money to her daughter but she died too wonder what happens then. Family members can get real nasty & greedy. Just a trip to an estate lawyer would have solved all this mess, or make your own & get it notarized with a witness (my parents did it that way).

Yes when you don't pay your taxes, gov charges interest, Not sure if it is everyday you are late they charge you but I know it can add up.

I just checked with my DD; she is an attorney...every state is different but every will must include specific things for it to be valid....don’t know who the executor is of Aretha’s estate. If her family didn’t think she had left one....I wonder who has already helped themselves to things....two sons disagree with the will...that will just drag things out even longer. In our state you must have a witness’ signature and it must be personally handwritten, not typed or printed electronically unless it is prepared by an attorney.
