Well that is all good if you don't want to return something.  My wifi carrier cannot figure out why I lost connection with my printer.  So, unfortunately I'm printerless!

One good thing you ----can call QVC CS and they will be happy to mail a return label to you via snail mail....Why go through all the expense of buying a printer and the ink which isnt cheap if you only use it a couple times a year....and it also takes up valuable space to just sit there remaining idle the majority of the time.....

I have my printer disconnect from my computer and IPads a lot . I figured out to fix mine l bring the computer or IPads next to the printer , them check the wifi spot on the printer menu and reboot or reset the wifi . Works every time , kind of a pain though .

I guess everyone has a home printer???  Ink is really expensive and I would 'guess' that computer ink is not a priority for some people.

I know ink is expensive. I only print documents with black ink only and the cartridge I buy costs about $28. That will last just over a year b/c I don't print much.
