Has anyone recently received new items without any paperwork?  I received two separate packages of clothing items and neither had any paperwork.  No tissue.  Is this a sign of the future?  One was Belle and the other Cameron.

Happened to me, too. I hate it.

I like it that way. One less piece of paper that I need to shred. If I need a record of my purchases then I go to my account online.

I agree! It is so much better for the environment. Nothing irritates me more than unnecessary paper, tissue, and packaging.

I order a lot from Old Navy and about two years ago they stopped sending an invoice with their packages.  Now if you want to return an on line order, you need to print out your emailed shipping notice that has a barcode for that order,  Then you can send back the order or return it to your local Old Navy.

Well that is all good if you don't want to return something.  My wifi carrier cannot figure out why I lost connection with my printer.  So, unfortunately I'm printerless!

Wireless printers are great except for when you really need them. My printer is not wireless b/c of that problem you just stated. @coconut1818

@ninjawife this is true, but if you are returning to an Old Navy store, you do not need to print out anything. Just pull up your order on your phone or give them the credit card used to make the purchase. Either method will pull up your order.

Yes, several times and it is very annoying.  Another printer issue here.  If you email the Social Team they will snail mail you a return label - takes at least a week.  Or you can write the order and item numbers on a piece of paper and pay for return shipping yourself.  The advantage of doing this is that returns are processed more quickly than with the prepaid labels.

I don't remember the last time I received an invoice with an Amazon order.  It suxs because like someone else said, we are printerless here.
