New use for gel toothpaste....

To make a long story short, I used a tube of gel toothpaste to wash my hands.  (Ran out of bar and liquid soap, and the unopened toothpaste (gel) had been in my cabinet for a couple of years.)  (No whiteners, just gel-type)  .......... Anyway, it worked quite well, and have been thinking that it's another way to wash our hands while traveling, or to keep in our cars.  As long as we have water handy, of course, for rinsing off.   I don't advise using paste, just the gel type, btw.

Great way to get the onion smell off your hands "minty fresh"!  Good to know in a pinch.  I have lots of little tubes that stack up from visiting my dentist.
