seems to me they got the money and now they want more for a product that's over-priced to begin with now that other companies have gotten onboard. A DECENT company would just replace it without all this hassle and dangle a partial payment only to be used to assure they'll get more of my money-- or give up and be without for months! (which Ihave been already-- I'm done with them. The class action should have addressed this differently.
