Kuvin says he’ll ask authorities to issue a search warrant for the Playboy mansion, Playboy magazine publisher Hugh Hefner‘s home, because the alleged assault took place there.

“I’m told there are cameras all over the house, including in several bedrooms, and I’d like to see if there is footage of my client at the mansion with Mr. Cosby,” Kuvin said.

Goins, a Las Vegas resident, is among more than 20 women who’ve claimed over the past six months that Cosby seckually assaulted them. The alleged crimes perpetrated by Cosby, 77, may have occurred over the past five decades.

Goins claims she was at a party at the famous mansion, where she was drugged and led into a bedroom. She later came to naked and dazed. Cosby, she says, was msturbating while licking and biting her toes. She remembers Cosby serving her a drink minutes before she became woozy.

Kuvin, meanwhile, is no stranger to high-profile cases.

In 2009, he represented a victim of Palm Beach pervert Jeffrey Epstein and asked Epstein during a deposition to pull down his pants. Epstein’s victims claimed the pnis of the millionaire Wall Street prodigy was egg-shaped, and Kuvin wanted Epstein to show it. Epstein walked out of the deposition.

Unfortunately, there's a good chance that 6 year old surveillance tapes have been deleted ages ago.

Right, I doubt anyone keeps surveillance tapes gong back 6 to 7 years.

I wonder. If this legit, why would they go public with it NOW before they've even talked to the LA police? Advance notice would give the Playboy Club time to look for and destroy any surveillance tapes that might still be available.

It's been mentioned at least a dozen times on here that rape is the most under-reported crime in the U.S. ........ and many, many women never report their rapes .... so an 18 year old just might have been terrified to come forward at that time.

As for goings on at the Playboy Mansion, they routinely have charity functions and promotional events for upcoming movies. Although I wouldn't consider it a wedding venue, not every event there is "sleazy".

I have an idea ..... why not wait for some FACTS before you dismiss this young woman? No wonder so many rapes go unreported! ${#emotions_dlg.unsure}$

I agree with you. I also think most 18 year old girls are easily drawn to the Playboy mansion because they're star struck, unsophisticated and hoping to get to know someone in the movie business.

That's a sick, creepy man who would do something like that. And women should try their best to never let themselves get into a situation where that could happen to them. I'm not saying its the woman's fault!!! That's not what I'm saying at all! I know not every situation is preventable, but please, try to NEVER let yourself be put in a place where a man or anyone can take advantage of you like that.
