WEST PALM BEACH — Model Chloe Goins and West Palm Beach lawyer Spencer Kuvin, who represents her, are on their way to Los Angeles this morning to ask detectives to file formal criminal charges against funnyman Bill Cosby, Gossip Extra has learned.

At Palm Beach International Airport before embarking for his cross-country trip, Kuvin told us Goins is scheduled to tell LAPD detectives her story of alleged secks assault by the family friendly comedian. The meeting is scheduled for tomorrow in downtown Los Angeles.

Kuvin tells us Goins might be the only alleged victim of Cosby whose case falls within the eight-year statute of limitations.

“She was 18 when that happened in 2008,” Kuvin says.

Kuvin will present evidence that, he hopes, will be forwarded by police to the Los Angeles County District Attorney for the filing of criminal charges against Cosby.

“Ms. Goins is incredibly aware of the importance of the case,” Kuvin says. “She is the only woman who came forward whose allegations fall well within the statute of limitations. She is the one who could hold Mr. Cosby accountable for his actions.”

Kuvin says he’ll ask authorities to issue a search warrant for the Playboy mansion, Playboy magazine publisher Hugh Hefner‘s home, because the alleged assault took place there.

“I’m told there are cameras all over the house, including in several bedrooms, and I’d like to see if there is footage of my client at the mansion with Mr. Cosby,” Kuvin said.

Goins, a Las Vegas resident, is among more than 20 women who’ve claimed over the past six months that Cosby seckually assaulted them. The alleged crimes perpetrated by Cosby, 77, may have occurred over the past five decades.

Goins claims she was at a party at the famous mansion, where she was drugged and led into a bedroom. She later came to naked and dazed. Cosby, she says, was msturbating while licking and biting her toes. She remembers Cosby serving her a drink minutes before she became woozy.

Kuvin, meanwhile, is no stranger to high-profile cases.

In 2009, he represented a victim of Palm Beach pervert Jeffrey Epstein and asked Epstein during a deposition to pull down his pants. Epstein’s victims claimed the pnis of the millionaire Wall Street prodigy was egg-shaped, and Kuvin wanted Epstein to show it. Epstein walked out of the deposition.

Finally...nothing. It isn't "good news" until charges have been filed. Right now, it's just some woman coming forward with a story. And once again, there are credibility issues. If this happened, why didn't she go to the police immediately? She was 18, she didn't have a career or reputation to worry about it. Cosby wasn't the the "King" of the entertainment world, he hadn't been on tv for many years. He had no power over her. So, why did she wait so long and why is her lawyer talking to the media now when there's nothing to talk about. Helllloooooo she hasn't even spoken to the police yet. Why would they give advance notice to Cosby that she's ready to report the incident? And the Playboy Mansion....really....I'm pretty sure 18 year old girls only hang out at the Playboy Mansion to "service" rich old men. That's going to present some problems. Let's see where this one goes.....
