Yes, after a few weeks of use I could detect the foam pieces. Personally, I need at least two to sleep because both of them got flat quickly.

@cherry, you can feel them to touch the pillow but I can't feel them when my head is on the pillow.  I know it sounds odd but I don't know how to explain why.  LOL  It's not a lumpy, bumpy pillow.  I have been using mine for I'd say a month and it isn't flat at all.  Every night I shake it a little and it's good.  I believe if you have any issue with it going flat, a quick trip in the dryer solvers that.

I would never, ever use down anything after finding out how it's harvested.  Smiley Sad

Although I love what My Pillow did for my sleep, I did a deeper dive on these lawsuits.  As others have stated here, there's more than one reason for them:

The Sonoma Co., CA DA settling that suit also stated that My Pillow advertised itself as the “Official Bed Pillow” of the National Sleep Foundation (“NSF”), without disclosing that a material financial connection existed between My Pillow and NSF

I have heard him mention that connection in nearly every My Pillow presentation on QVC.

I wonder what his relationship with QVC will be after this.

There are all types of phony organizations that pop up to support commercial endeavors.  I noticed this once when I was researching air purifiers.  Every brand was recommended by some foundation, organization, or board that nobody ever heard of.

I doubt this will affect QVC's relationship with the company.  They're still pushing WEN and Lisa Rinna, aren't they?

My husband, son and I LOVE our My Pillows!  I was a down pillow snob prior to discovering these pillows.  We were in need of new pillows and my husband suggested them.  I thought they were going to be the worst purchase, but I decided to try them.  They are FABULOUS!  You have to make sure to activate them in the dryer and do so every few months.  I love that they are washable.  I've never heard him make medical claims on QVC.  We've bought 4 sets so far.

Just like anything else, I couldn't care less about yet another ridiculous lawsuit- all I care about is how it works for me and the My pillow works for me. I bought every pillow out there from the most expensive to the least. I wasted ALOT of money but none worked for me. That is, until I tried the My Pillow. And I use them in my guest bedroom and when my parents visited, they kept raving about how much they love the pillow and asked me what it was. My dad was having a hard time finding a good pillow so he was excited about how well he slept using it. So now that is all they buy too.

My husband still loves his tempurpedic pillow (HATE that thing!!) and won't change but everything else in our house is the My pillow now.

I want to buy a couple King sized ones now too. I hope QVC will have a TSV for a duo soon and will have this size.

I also love that you can just wash them in the a washing machine and dry them in the dryer. No fuss and I don't get skeeved out, lol.

I love my pillow. My DH does not like it. False claims should never be made. He does get carried away with his claims about my pillow. That may change.

I bought a set when it was the TSV some months ago...liked them so much I bought another set during the most recent TSV, as well as a set of the travel pillows! I have a hard time getting comfortable when I first get in bed, and the MyPillow has helped tremendously. I start out on my stomach, but usually turn on my side, then my back, all while I'm asleep. That pillow just goes with me no matter how I move!

The travel pillow is perfect to put under my bad knees when lounging on the sofa...that bit of lift is much more comfortable, and it doesn't squish down so that I have to keep adjusting it.

@vermint I did not know they have travel pillows- where do you buy those?

I also watched him on Q a million times and never heard him make any such claim.

As a previous poster stated...it could have been LONG ago when they were just starting to hit the infomercial circuit.

If they want to sue somebody for false advertising....why don't they sue SUBWAY??  (and other food chains)

Have any of you EVER actually gotten a sandwich that even closely resembles the meat packed delights they show on TV?   LOLOLOL.....

LOL!! Oh for sure FALSE advertising! But they all do it on their commercials- Jack in the box, Carls jr,, Burger king, etc. Their burgers NEVER look like they do in the commercials.

@HappyDaze  You can get the travel pillows on QVC.  They are pretty inexpensive and very nice!
