But....But....But....you NEED one in

          EVERY COLOR

@Desertdi - LOL.  Someone on these boards a while ago mentioned Tek Gear and their fleece sweatshirts.

I decided to try one (from Kohl's).  I liked it so much I now have either 15 or 17 (lost count) in almost every color they have!  And if they come out with another color I like, I'll buy that, too.

And a friend who visited this fall, liked mine so much, she bought three for herself.  (She had to limit herself because of what she could get in her suitcase flying home.)

So...some of us do buy one in every color!  Woman Very Happy

Oh geez, I thought I was the only one who did that.  I think it was me who mentioned those sweatshirts.  I live in them during the winter.  I haved just about every color except yellow.  I even bought the pink camo set this year.  I need an intervention.

Goodie.... it's my resolution as well.  I have a 3 bedroom house that's full of my clothes.

I turned the smallest bedroom into a walk in closet.  But it got so full that I can't walk in.

So, the last couple of days I've been downsizing.  I've taken many bags of clothing and shoes to the donation place.  I filled up 2 of their trolleys.  And I'm not done yet.  Some of the stuff still had tags.  Lots of expensive stuff.  I just know I'll never get around to wearing it and I don't go to a lot of places anymore.  I prefer to stay home in my jeans and sweats.  I was feeling claustrophobic so it has to go.  I'm saving very few things "in case I lose weight".  In that case I'll allow myself to buy something.  This self discipline stuff is hard.  When you put the $$$$ to it in this economy it's frightening.

Re: My New Years Resolution

[ Edited ]

@Scooby Doo - Yep, I have the pink camo (although I think mine's called lavender camo)!  The only colors I don't have are the very pale pinks, yellow, green, etc.  The paler colors just don't suit me.

But I did get the oatmeal heather and the black/white, as they're fine.

I just went and counted - 18, unless I've missed one somewhere.  I'm currently wearing "Ravishing Orchid".

I not only bought the sweatshirts, I discovered I also liked their fleece quarter-zip tops.  I only have about four of those though!

(And ditto the 3-bedroom house that is full of clothes.  My DH complains that he has nowhere to put his!  Definitely time for a clear out.)

I don't have the lime green or lemon yellow, those don't suit me.  I might have a hot pink.  I have several blue and a couple burgundy.  I'm afraid to count  LOL

You should try their pants, they're really comfy.  I size down in those.

@Scooby Doo - Did I not mention that I also bought several pairs of the matching joggers?  Woman Wink

I just had to return a pair to Kohl's though.  A different style and, although I ordered my usual size, they were huge.

Which style are you referring to?  Joggers or straight-leg pants?  I'll check them out, if I don't already have them.

@Goodie2shoes

My resolutions:

To remain positive and giving, think of other people, without expecting THEM to reciprocate.

To STRETCH! And to "move" more -- exercise, even in a moderate way EVERY DAY! (Stretching and walking earlier in the day will help me to NOT neglect this!)

Healthy, happy 2023 to you!
