I agree with so many here.  I have lived thru eras of music and love them all (except rap, I just don't understand it), but I always go to my Mark Knopfler station when I want good music.  & Alison Kraus.  Magic!  Great choices on this thread!

Hmmm, for someone who's always been obsessed with all types of music I could write a dissertation on this, but I'll try to keep it short.  For me, personally, I'm basing my choices on what was in my record collection and what's currently on my iPhone that I listen to the most.
