I have to agree with you.  Macy's has wonderful customer service!  Not like QVC, who act like you're a bother to call them.  No wonder the hosts encourage the use of ordering on your phone ap, or computer!  I was sad when the store close to me closed, but I've ordered many things on line from them.  Dooney always ships free from them, too!

I love Macy's and they have excellent customer service.  I mostly shop with them online now and there is no problem with returns, plus my account gets credited right away.

 

 My mother took me to their flagship store on 34th Street often when I was a child.

Highly recommend Macy’s bridal registry along with their merchandise. They have training on why certain things should be purchased over others. Items shipped and received as desired. Prices so competitive especially if you time with sales. If you want to check on prices all you do is go to registry and it gives price for that sale. Macy’s Always fair on returns.
