QVC uses a standard white background, just like most other websites. If the white background is too harsh for your eyes, you should look into adjusting your own computer monitor or display settings to change the brightness level.

I don't think it's fair to make like some people are insensitive to the struggles and challenges of others.  

People may have their own reasons for the things they say, yet they don't mean any harm.

Hey, we've all had and for some of us continue to have our own struggles and challenges.   It's the unfairness of life I guess.   I've had everything from cancer on down so I get it and would never want to hurt anybody else who is going through hardship.

I don't think anybody is offering up the antithesis of support.  I made a mistake and i apologized for it.  I don't think anybody else said anything mean or anything, so I'm just assuming you meant me.  Whether my apology is accepted isn't up to me and I don't begrudge her either way.  I don't say anything I don't mean so it's a certainty that I DID mean that I am sorry that what I said sounded like meanness or cruelty.  I'm not like that.

i just wanted to say that with no malicious intention.

It is my opinion that you said nothing that even warranted an apology. Please don't fret about it any more. You are one of the kindest, most diplomatic, always empathetic posters on the board.
