Where is Mika?  She is hardly ever on Morning Joe any more.  Maybe she got tired of Joe always talking over her.

I’ve been wondering the same thing. Joe interrupts everyone, and rarely lets Mika complete a full sentence. They were supposed to be married this past spring but apparently that never happened. I’ve started wondering whether this office romance has gone the same route as so many others. My daughter went with a guy from work for two years. After she broke up with him, seeing him at work was extremely awkward. Unlike Mika, my daughter still has to show up at the office. Mika has been on just a few times this summer, but not when Joe was on.

She’s on all the time. Everyone needs a day off from time to time. I think she holds her own quite well; no worries about anyone rolling over her.

She does seem to have a lot of vacation time. Hopefully after Labor Day the hosts on all shows will be back.

In addition to Morning Joe I also like Good Morning America. Robin Roberts seems to hardly ever be there. Same with Michael Strahan. 

I like it best when Joe and Mika are actually in the New York studio with the others and not broadcasting from somewhere else.

It's summer and she's taking some time off.....as people during during the summers.

She's got two daughters that are college age, I believe. She probably took her vacation to get them settled in schools.  I don't miss her. She's so grumpy and negative all the time.. it must be exhausting to be like that.

I no longer watch that program for many years now but she may just be getting one or both of her daughters back off to college.  Something simple as just being a Mom for awhile.  I do keep waiting for the wedding date unless I missed it.

@house_cat did not see your post until after I did mine.  School is a busy time no matter how old the children become.
