I bought some "chocolate-like" candy coated fake M&M's - vegan and no artificial anything. They tasted fine, but oh, the colors. It looked like someone sucked on them first and put them back in the bag. Give me dye.

@Reever I like M&Ms as they are. I am hale and hearty in my mid-60s and believe me, I've eaten more of my share of M&Ms in my lifetime, both plain and peanut. I'm old enough to remember the "melts in your mouth, not in your hand" commercials about the candy that used to be on constantly.

Frankly, kale, carrot and beet covered M&Ms do not appeal to me in the least. Long live M&Ms and M&M consumers!

Some things were simply not meant to be 'health foods'. Candy is one of them. I'll take my M&M's straight up. And don't mess with Milky Way in any of its incarnations or there's going to be trouble.

Wow, sounds great. And maybe they'd be small enough so they wouldn't pull out a filling, which happened during my last encounter with carmel candy. I've had to console myself with Sea Salt Caramel Ice Cream, but I'm still suffering.

I went to CVS a month ago and there laying on the shelf are COFFEE M&Ms. Of course I bought 2 bags. Not the small individual bags but the mega size, well not so mega size these days. There were absolutely delicious. Only drawback was they were all shades of brown and not the brighly covered M&Ms. The bright colors make me happy. I voted for the blue shade that was newly added color a decade ago? I take the colors very seriously.

If you go to M&M World in Manhattan, every shade under the rainbow. Smiles guaranteed.

You bought just two bags? I am going to change and go out hunting until I find mine. I must have them, must have them, etc. It won't matter what the color is because my eyes will be closed in pure bliss when I'm eating them.

OH NO! I went to their site and I don't see Coffee as one of the flavors. But I googled and it was listed as the winner last year Summer 2016 of all the nuts, Chilli Nut, Honey Nut and Coffee Nut to go into the perm offerings. I buy a bag and eat the whole bag in a couple of days. Love M&Ms. I hope you will find them.

@Yahooey, I am so sad. The only coffeee M&M I can find is, as you mentioned, Coffee Nut. Coffee with peanuts. Yech. Totally different animal from what I imagined. This is probably divine intervention, since I shouldn't have any of this stuff, but I was really looking forward to trying this before I found out they'd succumbed to the nutters when thinking it up.
