   I bought a Keurig in Costco a little over a year & a half ago. A few weeks ago it started giving me trouble. It wouldn’t brew.I kept  getting error messages on the display that the needle had to be cleaned or the pot had to be descaled.No matter what I did I kept getting the messages.

  Went to Costco with the machine this morning.Customer Service looked it up to confirm I had made the purchase.They gave me a brand new Keurig!! The lady even apologized to me for my inconvenience.

I compare all other retail experiences I have to Costco.  Costco is #1 and all other retailers should take a cue from them. 

 

Yesterday, I returned a 1/3 full carton of their facial wipes because when I opened a new pak the wipes felt dry and the expiration date for the carton was 2020.  Without hesitation I was credited.

 

Amazon also has excellent CS.

We love Costco's customer service.  If we are investing in a major purchase (like an appliance or expensive bed), even if we pay a few more dollars (usually not the case) we choose to purchase at Costco because we know there will be no haggling over a return if the product is a dud.

I buy things like vacuums and other appliances there so I know I can return easily. You don’t even need your receipt..they just look you up in their member system and they can see when and where you bought the item...
I have been thinking about getting a Keurig for DH but have hesitated due to all the bad reviews regarding reliability. I don’t want to have to deal with shipping it back anywhere if it stops working. I think I will go on and buy on at Costco. Easy return if he does t like it or it breaks.

A couple of years ago, I purchased 7 pairs of 14KT gold earrings from Costco. Several pairs had wide stems where I was unable to put thru my ear-lobes. I kept 3 pairs - and returned 4 pairs to Costco - I explained why - and got an immediate credit.

Last year I purchased an expensive leather loveseat from Costco on-line for my living room. They guarantee all their products and I never hesitate to buy from them. I've been a member for almost 25 years!!!!!

I Also Love Costco!!!!!!!!!

I love them also.  I have shopped there for almost 30 years and never returned anything but it is nice to know you can if need be without any hassle.
