Our sun rose at 6:45 and set at 6:45 today. Really miss it staying light outside until 8pm.

I always hate the time change in November. I feel like it's time to go to bed but it's 5:30. I think it takes a lot longer for my internal clock to adjust as it once did.

it doesn't bother me at all and I love having that extra hour of sleep.  The heat was horrible this summer and everyday zapped my energy level.  Now I am ready to go!!!

I never notice the lack of one hour sleep or the extra one hour of sleep.  It's only for one day, right?

I guess I don't understand it, you'll still get your cooler weather, if that's what you're pining for.

How harmful is it to be light for just one more hour a day?

I hate losing those daylight hours, but I have to remind myself that it's only like that for a very short period of time.  I think it's only dreadfully dark early at night until the end of January.  Once February hits (where I live), I start to notice a change at night.  Slowly, but surely, we get more and more daylight and it makes me feel SO much better.
