@SamBrown Not if she has a will. Assets I received from my family do not go to my husband when I go or whatever. I'm sure Lisa has had a lawyer for years. They know what to do for her.

Thank you @KKlim! I'm not on social media (except for a work group one) so I was curious. She is so beautiful, and I wanted to see the guy who can keep up with her.

I have relatives and friends who have married in their 40's, so this isn't unusual to me. One friend who was 45 had never had a serious relationship. She had two specialized PhD's and a great job. No one thought she would marry. She went to a university conference and sat next to an interesting man. They married 3 months later. About a year after that he retired. She did too a year after him. They sold their homes, bought an RV, and travel around the country!

Lisa has probably known him (and his daughter) for many, many years and the friendship developed naturally and slowly into a loving relationship over more years. What a wonderful, healthy, normal way to find love . . . for both of them! At work. With a trusted person to rely upon daily for oh, so many reasons. LOVE has been in the air long before they realized it!!

Both are probably financially stable, independent people. Sounds like he may be divorced or a widower. Lisa is gaining a step-daughter! What a bonus to her in this marriage. The right guy works there and asked her to marry him; Lisa said, "I do." She gains a husband and step-daughter.

Sending love and happiness as they share their lives in 2023!

An author couldn't have written a better story than Lisa Robertson's life!
