It all went to her head because many complient her which does not help her persohalty. I don't like the idea that she uses her kids to up her popularity.

You're right.

And she even stole the limelight a week ago.  She brought up a photo on her FB page of her and Shawn's baby, but she quickly turned the focus on her and Ben.  I don't know how many times I've seen in the last couple weeks where no matter what she was presenting, she had to bring up the subject of baby Ben and his first b'day.

After what she has been very open about going through to get Ben, I see nothing wrong with her being excited about his first b-day.  If your own parents can't brag about you, who can?

Not on my dime.

I am not a fan but how is speaking about her kid (or anything else) on air "on your dime"?

the poster is correct. When a customer takes the time to watch a product she or he is thinking of purchasing and wants to learn about it, that it is the customer's time wasted when the host, here all about Kirsten, talks about her son rather than the product

I took that to be slang for "not while I'm watching".... which I agree with.  "On my dime" doesn't have to be refering to money paid, can refer to time spent as well.  I don't want to hear about her kids (maybe rarely on occasion) but will not "spend" my time listening to her talk about them every presentation....  they're cute, they're precious and beautiful but so are all the other hosts' children (and pets).... kind of like whipping out the wallet full of family pics and vacation photos to people at a party.... not!  Will clear a room.  So will this.
