Hero?  Who said he was a hero?  He lost weight.  Does that make him a hero?

It's interesting that different news outlets are saying different things. This one from an hour ago from CNBC says he is nearing a plea deal but hasn't been charged with anything and their source says the plea may be limited to conspiracy charges. 

I don't know, I guess we will have to wait and see what happens.

Former Subway spokesman Jared Fogle may be near a plea deal with prosecutors amid an ongoing child pornography investigation, a source told NBC affiliate WTHR on Tuesday. 

Fogle—whose Indiana home was raided earlier this summer—has not been publicly charged with any wrongdoing. A plea deal may be limited to conspiracy charges, sources told the station

That was as of an hour ago. Sounds like this is all based on confidential sources and not an official statement by police or Jared attorney.
