This has happened to me before, i order some incontience ,under wear they were opened ,4 taken out this was for sure done at packing center.

Wow, some real over reactions here. Why is theft the immediate assumption and accusation? Things happen. Nobody knows exactly what occurred here, if there was actual theft or if the package got caught on something, got ripped open, and some pads fell out, or if it was a return and accidentally got put back on a shelf, etc. Unfortunately, packers aren't paid to think. That would require stopping the process and waiting for another item to be retrieved. It's all about getting things packed and out the door, to meet Amazon's delivery promise. I've had mistakes happen with some orders when there has been confusion between an item description and what the item number really goes with in the warehouse. A simple communication with Amazon CS will fix it without anyone needing to be spiteful. Amazon is very good about rectifying mistakes.

I have to say, I wear the incontinence underwear at night for possible leaks and I always order them from Amazon.
Never have I been shortchanged by some being removed from the package.
BTW, if the package had been opened and taped back shut, Amazon will send you a replacement package.

@Sooner I agree - even if the theft happened in a local store, it seems like a huge overreaction. Unless OP is now going to shop only in local stores where she can inspect each package for herself before paying, and I'm close to certain that's not going to be her future shopping habit.
