I spend a lot of time on the phone with them but they couldn't fix it so I gave up and quit using it. It haunts me to this day. For instance, you can't change your email addy at Amazon without wipping out your entire order history, so I don't get any notifications from them. There's always something popping up that causes an inconvenience.
@Kachina624 Have you called Amazon and discussed this with them? I changed my e-mail address and it didn't wipe out my order history. Everything went very smoothly. I didn't notice anything different.
@NickNack Yes, they're the ones that first gave me this info and I believe I also read it on the website. I've discussed it with two different CSRs.

@Kachina624 That's ridiculous. It wasn't that way when I changed my e-mail address. I changed mine when I got my new laptop, and that was probably four years ago.

Why I'm writing this. When I went to reply to a blog on QVC, because I changed my email address, I also had to change my name. I'm not sure why?
I used to be RubyNE. Just so you know. Also, the name Ruby was after my beloved dog and best friend who recently passed away.
She was 14, and passed away very suddenly. It was very hard to lose Ruby. She was an amazing soul.
@Addie2118 Welcome back RubyNE. I remember you. I'm sorry for your loss.
