Always loved their food. Sad to see them go.
Always loved all the healthy options in their buffets .... I'm also sorry they can't re-open.

The company was not in good shape before the pandemic.
From what I read, it had been bought out and money invested and great things were in the planning stages, visitor numbers were up and then the pandemic hit. @RollTide2008

When I lived in Southern California around 40 years ago, Soup Plantation was very popular. I have also lived where Sweet Tomatoes was available. Love, love, love the food offerings at those places. Everything was always top-notch fresh!

Whatever the reason, it's always sad when a business needs to close. And I say that as a person who does not do any type of buffet eating -- with the one exception being when we traveled last year in Tanzania. With only one exception in of of the lodges, all meals were buffet.
