Still an unresolved hot mess, I see. For a company that now seems to want to embrace and cast as wide a social media net as possible why do they still have Luddites managing their online presence? It makes absolutely no sense. This supposedly major retail company has never fielded a state of the art website. Far from it.

One of the mods posted somewhere that a 'ticket had been submitted' to make them aware of the problem. For the love of Pete does IT never look at their own website? They need us to make them aware of this glitch? Sort of unbelievable.

Same issue here but if I scroll all the way down I see the Community and I can post.

It's just a pain to have to muddle through to get to the chat forum and all the others too.🙄👎

I don't think the forums are top priority for IT.

It always seems to take them days to correct any issues.

On the other hand, they could always shut the board down and not have to worry about it anymore.

No more problems for IT and customer service could work on other issues.

On the top right click on Skip to Footer.  That takes you to the bottom of page.  Then scroll up a bit.  Hope that's clear enough.
