Popular music in commercials? Small potatoes in the scheme of things going on in each of our lives.

It doesn't bother me at all.  Commercials have to reach a wider audience and they are doing what they can to reach more people.   I'd rather hear music than hear about new medications, female and male personal products, and the overall mania of some commercials.

No, in fact I like the Geico one with the guy on the motorcycle and the song "Going up the Country" by Canned Heat.

No, not at all. They used Anticipation for a ketchup commercial years ago.

It doesnt bother me at all,  I like it.  Especially when they do the "older" rock and roll songs.  Lipton tea does one from the l940's, Glenn Millers In The Mood.  Love it!

Me either because I simply tune out commercials.  I can't tell you which one advertists what.  Really, I can't think of one right now that I even remember what it is about.

No, the songs in commercials don't bother me.  Sometimes I like the music so much I try to find out the artist and forget about the item being sold in the commercial.

Some of them are forever stuck in my head.... i'm humming, singing or whistling them all day long and I don't know why, then I hear the commercial and say, "That's why!"  I think it's a sign of lazy advertising when the songs are running through my head and I have no idea what product they're promoting.
