Discernment.....To have a feeling of detection where you just know or recognize it mentally inside of yourself. It coud be something that jolts you inside mentally or physicaly (pit of the stomach), or both at the same time cautioning you to stay away or leads you to help someone even if it's with silent prayer for them. It's difficult to explain, but for me it's very real. I used to run away from it emotionally for years and years because it made me very uncomfortible not knowing what it was. I guess I associated it with something evil at the time, but I don't believe that now. I've had and still have so many experiences with this that it's unreal, and 95% of the time it's spot on.

It's not like being able to predict the future. If it were that, I woud have won the latest lottery. Hopefully I didn't confuse you. It's just so hard to explain.

I think it's like radar for me... I seem to pick up on bad vibes pretty quickly. Fortunately, it doesn't happen very often. I would never need Oprah to warn me!
