Other than lonely, the weather has been nice.

Upper 70s and low 80s. Storms went around us and no flooding.  This is the first summer in six years I haven't been pumping water out of my basement. I am thankful for that.

We have long Winters so relish Summer and Fall. The leaves and grasses are beginning to yellow and Fall allergy season is here.

Horrible!!  And fall forecast isn't looking good either.  Online school for kids just doesn't work for those in elementary, middle, and high school.  My grandkids teachers give them a few minutes a day of "homework".  What a joke.  How are these kids ever going to catch up?
