My Dad. He's still alive but suffers from Alzheimers. He does not even know who I am. The best times of my life were spent with him just talking. We'd go fishing when I was young and we'd spend hours in that boat talking. What I wouldn't give for one hour to talk about our memories.

The person whom I would want to spend time with again is my
little sister. We always had each other's back and we shared the same history. No one else shares my history and who understands what I am talking about. I never had the chance to say GOODBYE and I love her and am so proud of her accomplishments and her determination to always do well in the face of adversity.
She has been gone 2-1/2 years now.

That is such a lovely picture. I would choose my dad who has been gone many long years. However, I would not want to let him go after such a short period of time!!!!

My mom, who passed suddenly 30 years ago, and was done too soon. She was a bright light on so many paths, and I would like the opportunity to tell her one more time how much I love her.

This is easy - I would be sitting quietly with my beloved Dad. It will be ten years this December that he left this earth. I was unable to be at his bedside when he chose to say he had had enough. His health wasn't the best through his end.
Dad was truly one the most kind, gentle, soft spoken persons I have known in my entire life. Even when I did something wrong he still never raised his voice to teach, explain why I did wrong. He always was there for anyone who needed help. He was always a role model for me. Dad was the person who stood on my pedestal, every man I knew had to live up to Dad's standards.
I still miss him every day. There is not one that passes that I don't think of my Dad even if it's for a moment. I would so love to sit on this bench with none other - that's FOR SURE.

My mother and her life in England. In looking back since she passed away there are things I never thought to ask her. I'd also like to know about the hereafter.

Now look what you did?
Very sentimental post.

If I could sit on this bench. My mom who I miss with all my heart. My step dad who was my rock. My husband who made me what I am today. They all passed 6 days apart so I have to make room for them all. Just to tell them I love them and miss them. My life will never be the same without them.
