I wonder if HSN is trying to dump certain people?

I took the survey they asked me to complete, It asked some things pertaining to the economy and state of the nation

Then it got into personalities. I wonder if some people's jobs could be on the line?

I tried to be mid road, because I honestly don't watch enough, to care who they employ

I don't think they will get rid of Colleen, even though she was mentioned, because I feel she is popular. She is pleasant , knows her job, and has been there a long time

The other people were vendors ,and I don't know what one of them even does there

Has anyone else taken the survey?

Let me assure you Cherry.. . Collen Lopez has NOTHING to be concerned about . She is, by far, their top seller. She gets the prime hours due to her importance, status and sales. I did not get the survey. Perhaps she's wanting more money.

@winamac1 I know if I had her very, very high 6-figure salary, I wouldn't be asking for more $$. How much does one need, my 'salary' is very, very low and it's fine with me. There is more to my life than a big paycheck.

@3suwm5I suspect that to be the person who can earn Colleen's salary, you also have to be the person who negotiates for a raise when you think your work justifies it.I doubt their push has anything to do with having enough the way you and I might might think of enough.

Colleen is definitely worth every penny they pay her and probably more. HSN is lucky to have her.

I like Colleen but sometimes I have found that she has not prepared for the products she's presenting. I have seen where she did not know about certain rarer gemstones (surprising, since she has her own jewelry line). One time when she was with Jay King he commented (in jest) that he liked being on with her because he didn't have to work so hard since she just talked and talked and he didn't have to. When she is on with Iris Apfel she's seems uncomfortable and sometimes appears to me that she is unprepared. I prefer to see Iris with some of the other hosts. All things considered, Colleen is a good host and I'm sure she brings in lots of $.
