I’ve been that way my whole life, getting up at least twice a night.

NOT mentioning this to PREACH, but I am finding that I'm happier and happier the less sodium I consume, the better I feel, and the less I need to get up at night.
I KNOW I'm usually more DE-hydrated than over-hydrated, so the sodium connection is pretty impossible for me to ignore.

Well, I hate to admit it but I do understand. This is how I am approaching it. Nothing to drink too soon before bedtime. No coffee after 3:00 pm. If I get really thirsty during the night I take only a sip or two of water. If I get thirsty again I get a sugarless throat lozenger and keep two extras by my bed in case. I'm going to sleep well if it kills me, by Golly!!!!
