There was a thread the other day asking why people come to this board, and I learned that many people need companionship. For that reason alone, I hope QVC never shuts the boards down.

@cherry ~ Count me in as one of the ones that likes it here, too! This board has been a great comfort to me, a place to get others' opinions on products, a place to share decorating ideas and find out what everyone else is buying during our favorite shows. I find it a much more pleasant place since they are monitoring the boards more than they used to. :-)

@cherry I too enjoy coming here when I can and reading the posts of this forum. We come from all over, varying life experiences and I have learned alot just from coming here. I may not always agree with every post but I think the key is "respect" and respecting the varying viewpoints of others...well and how to accept that not everyone will agree on everything. And that surely is ok I really do look forward to your posts and am enjoying getting to know your bright personality. I have learned much here and have even been enlightened by reading the posts and wisdom of others. I remain teachable. Yuppers I like it here too.

I like coming to the boards too! I don't post much, and when I do , it is mostly in the pet lovers forum.

I find that people on these forums are a source of lots of info and ideas. I generally read them every day.
