Is QVC playing reruns of shows I was just watching a couple of hours ago!  I fell asleep shortly after one o'clock this morning watching Amy Stran hosting an accessories show....just woke up around four to the same show!!  Am I going crazy.........

I noticed the same thing but upon closer look, the TV screen said 'pre-recorded.'  I think that's a first for QVC as they have always prided themselves as always being 'live.'

Nope -  I just woke up and I'm seeing the "previously recorded" message in the upper left corner of my screen.

Doesn't matter to me because I had turned my TV off about 24 hours ago so I could go to a Superbowl party.

No idea why they're not live though.

They might have been having technical difficulties and switched to a recorded show.

whew! good to know it wasn't just my tv. i thought my cable service messed up .... again

I remember one snow storm and no one could get to QVC to host.  I think it was Dan Wheeler who had to work like 5 or 6 hours straight.  Those were the days.

The cause for the recorded programming may not have been a host that could not make it in, or a technical difficulty at all.  Check out the QVC Program Guide here online.  Show titles are repeated all morning until 6am all week.

Is this the new normal for QVC?  Perhaps they want to end the graveyard shift so they can rotate hosts more in daytime hours(??)
