Hi dooBdoo....you know how tech-challenged I am! If I knew how to find out what version I have, I'd be glad to tell you...
How do I check that? I have never done anything about cookies, etc. Although a couple of weeks ago a McAfee rep cleaned up all that, then took my McAfee off my computer thinking it would fix something when she put it back...except she couldn't figure out how to get it back on using Chrome! So now I have Webroot!
It's quick and easy!
"About Google Chrome" (click the word Chrome on the top menu bar) will show you your version number.
To clear things out: On the Chrome menu bar, look at the drop-down menu under the word "Chrome" and choose "Clear Browsing Data." Then, in the pop-up box, check these 3 boxes:
Cookies and other site and plug-in data
Cached images and files
Hosted app data
Then click on the box below the selections, the one that says "Clear Browsing Data." Then, you might want to quit Chrome (again, in the drop-down menu under the word Chrome) and relaunch it. And try QVC again.
I didn't have the word "Chrome" anywhere, but I found those three little lines in the top right hand corner and clicked on that, and I found it! Version 37.0.2062.120 m
It's one number off at the end from yours. Apparently I don't have a menu bar but I can get to what you're talking about from that three-line icon, or whatever it is. See how "challenged" I am! Maybe I can finally start cleaning up my computer. Thanks!

Ah, so!
Sorry, kittymom! The version on your Windows-based computer probably is slightly different from my Mac version.

That's okay...my son told me to click on those three lines one day for some reason I don't remember - it's a drop-down box, and I can go to "Tools", and then "Clear Browsing Data" and do what you said. So it should work--I'll give it a try tomorrow. Thanks again -- I'm learning (and I've had this computer for 5 years)!

I do a "community" search and it pops up. Having problems, too.
