I have an item to return to amazon.  All I received for shipping back (when I initated the return) is a  QR Code, but I am certain my UPS location only takes drop offs WITH a label, the store does not print out the label for you.

How do I get a mailing label to download and print on my own?

The QR code is all I have ever needed, that should be fine.

Pull up the QR code on your phone and the person at the store will scan it and give you a receipt. You are all done.

Hi @Mom2Dogs I just had to do a return like this.  I showed them the e-mail with the QR code on my phone, they scanned it and printed the label out to return the item.

It went very smoothly.  So long as you can pull up the QR code, you should be all set.

I am certain that when using the ONLY close UPS drop off location the package MUST have a label.

Do you have  Kohls nearby?    Ours takes amazon returns with the QR code.  They'll even package it...

I have done many amazon returns with only the QR code at the ups store. That is all you need.
