I hate to admit it, but I cry a lot. When I think of my son who died in August, stories about animals can bring me to tears, my DH who seems to be acting slower. Times I have to do the things he always did , sometimes I am crying right away in the morning. Things have changed so much in my life that I can't believe it.

I cant tell you how often I cry. But I can tell you why I cry. I often cry when I see something on tv or in a movie that triggers the loss of my parents and family members.

I also cry when I hear about injustices done to other people, or illnesses that take people away.

I also cry good tears when I hear amazing stories of people helping other people and or animals.

Cry not often but I do tear up a lot not because I'm sad just the opposite!

I'm a frequent crier.

I make no apologies; I am a crier. Show me a Hallmark commercial and it is as if the waterworks are turned on. The only time I wish I could better hold it together is when meeting a client who is divulging their tale of woe. While passing them the Kleenex box, I often have to grab one for myself.

But, I am who I am.

Whenever I need to. Sometimes from laughter, sometimes from sorrow and sometimes from anger. It can take a lot or it can take a little. It's a part of who I am.

Sentimental things bring tears to my eyes all the time. So do inspirational things. Sometimes anger and frustration can bring tears lingering below the surface. I wouldn't say it happens often, but it does happen and usually ends in a kind of catharsis.

I cry more than I ever did , but I think that's because I'm a senior citizen and I am starting to experience loss. I think it's good to cry and get the emotions out of your system, who needs a heart attack or stroke.LOL

When my wife tells me the backround stories of some of the Boxers her Rescue Organization faces. Very sad, enough where any animal lover would like to put their hands around some sub-human throats.
